Future brides and bridesmaids who are dreading those mandatory dress fitting dates, listen up; The White Gown, in conjunction with Molly Winter Fitness, is hosting a summer workout series specifically to help ladies like you working hard to achieve that perfect fit.

Called “Fit To Be Bride” Bootcamp, the bridal salon and fitness guru will host a series of public workout sessions that will take place on three Saturdays this summer at Pier 46 in Greenwich Village. Each session is free, and will clock in at one-hour long. Workouts will be tailored to working those areas most on display in popular gown silhouettes like the mermaid, halter, strapless and backless and ensure that you’re looking your best on your big day.

Molly Winter Fitness, headed by Molly Winter Stewart, was founded in 2011 and has since provided personal training to New Yorkers. Today, Stewart works exclusively in Wedding Training (as well as Elite Training) which involves laying out a custom, deadline driven workout for a bride-to-be that takes into account how the chosen wedding dress will fall on her body.

Of the bootcamp series, Style Director at The White Gown Erica Chaso said in a release, “Brides always tell us how important it is to them to look their best in their dream gown on their big day. While we always encourage our brides to be themselves, we also want to help them have the look they desire.”

Kick-off will be on Saturday, May 18 at 9:30am, at Pier 46 in Manhattan. Sign up now by emailing info@thewhitegown.com.
