Between Cee-Lo’s Louboutins and Madonna’s killer Givenchy boots, we hope everyone got a glance of Nicki Minaj’s custom-made knee highs from Giuseppe Zanotti. Paired with fishnets and a leather studded mini from Fausto Puglisi, these black and gold lace ups gave Madge a run for her money.
