If you’ve ever desired a shoe that could stand alone as a statue for onlookers to gawk at, Israel footwear designer Kobi Levi has got you covered. After graduating from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Levi began putting a new step into shoe wear, creating “wearable art” or shoes that stand alone without the influence of a foot. Equal parts innovative and amusing, Levi’s dog inspired Miao model, made of brown leather, a dog foot heel and tail ankle strap, is a combination of shoe and mans favorite furry friend. All handmade in Levi’s studio, these one of a kind heels are adorable, maybe the perfect substitute for shoe lovers who can’t have a pup of their own. — RACHEL SUTTON
