The clock is ticking and there are mere hours before the premiere of the summer’s most anticipated movie, Sex and the City 2. Carrie and company are back with men, Manhattan, cocktails and, of course, fashion that will send all of us back into the stores trying to copy the style of our four favorite fashion gals. While we can’t reveal the details just yet of who’s wearing exactly what shoe, here’s a sneak preview of the some of the fabulous shoe designers you’ll see when the movie premieres this Thursday, starting at midnight:

Charlotte Olympia –London” It” girl Charlotte Olympia Dellal draws inspiration from the 1940’s and 50’s  and calls celebrities like Anna Paquin, Claudia Schiffer, Sienna Miller and Kate Moss among her fabulous clientele. Named “a designer to watch” by SJP herself, look for Carrie to rock shoes like these stunning Dolly leather platforms pumps throughout the film.

Brian Atwood – Look for more than a few pairs of shoes from this fabulous footwear designer, like these stunning (and completely covet-worthy) Loca Studded Pumps. Known as "BA's" to the designer's celeb fan crowd, die-hard fans of Carrie Bradshaw will notice an abundance of the Milan-based designer's shoes taking the place of her usual Blahniks.

Guiseppe Zanotti – We all adore Samantha’s bright and vibrant style, which goes perfectly with Carrie’s vivacious personality. Look for a bootie version of the designer’s "Love" double platform peep-toe pumps on our favorite “shoe gal.”

Patricia Field – The stylist/retailer/designer throws some of her own items into the mix, giving Samantha some brilliant shoes for her sassy, sexy look. These “Polly” mules make a couple of appearances in the film.

Christian Louboutin – The eponymous red sole makes its return to the big screen in the sequel on nearly every character in the movie. Look for gold sequin-covered pumps to make their entrance almost immediately, a fabulous version of these Studio 120 Peep-Toe Pumps.

Manolo Blahnik – We know that Carrie loves her Manolos and the designer loves her back, having created multiple pairs especially for the film. Look for many jaw-dropping shoes from the designer, including a rather spectacular version of this Snakeskin Crisscross Sandal.

Don’t get us wrong: there were so many designers and so many pairs of shoes it would have taken us all day to feature everything (not to mention a number of the shoes are even available for retail yet). Rene Caovilla, Miu Miu, Pierre Hardy. Salvatore Ferragamo, Casadei, Sergio Rossi and so many others have swoon-worthy footwear that will be seen in every scene. How are they used? Who wears them?
