According to WWD, the latest celebrity to ink a footwear deal is Ivanka Trump. The newly married socialite and model has signed with Marc Fishcher Footwear, the company which owns brands like Sigerson Morrison and produces shoes under the GUESS? label, for a contemporary footwear line. According to Marc Fisher President Susan Itzkowitz, the move was made because the company "saw Ivanka’s iconic style as an opportunity to fill a niche in the footwear business." While we can only guess right now at the style of the shoes, based on Invanka's style and "work ethic", we can posit that they will be somewhere in the realm of styles that any woman can easily wear to from the office to an evening out. Perhaps they'll be outfitted with some super high heels to give us a little taste of what being 5'11" is like??
