There are too many to count! Buying and eating fresh summer fruits and berries from the local farmer's market. The fact that mascara and lipgloss is a complete makeup look. Working less and playing more. Summer romance. "Beach reads." Iced coffee. Because everyone looks better with a tan – arrived at through use of the proper SPF, of course! And wearing your jewelry on your feet with the perfect pair of sandals!

I love EVERYTHING about summer! I always have! I'm a summer baby so my birthday is probably my absolute favorite, but I also love the 4th of July, and the tank tops and the gladiator sandals and the BBQs and the bon fires and the fireflies but most of all I love the sun!

I love summer. My best friend has family that resides in the country. They own a house across from some mountains and the last time we went, I saw my daughter on a swing set, kicking her heels up as if she was trying to reach the mountains. My favorite thing about summer is everyone's spirit. It seems everyone becomes more cheerful once the sunny days roll around. But there's not just sun to cheer people up! There's juicy watermelon, swimming pools, sandals, breezy maxis, green grass and bright flowers, ICE CREAM…oh summer. So glad it's here!

When I think of summer I think of the warm sun on my skin, the ease of slipping into something warm weather appropriate. No hassle of coats, hats, scarves or boots. I do not have one favorite thing about summer, I have several. Top of this list is summer hours. I get to leave work at 1pm on Fridays which allows me to enjoy the best of what the city has to offer. The warm weather, sunshine on my skin, and slipping on cute sandals with painted toenails are tops too.
And then, of course, there are the get-togethers with family and friends, sitting outside with the neighbors drinking cool drinks watching the kids all play together.
I can go on and on…but since I was a kid and there was NO SCHOOL (yay), summer has always been a time to make fond memories.

Hmmm. Where do I start?? Sun, surf, sandals with a fresh pedicure. A good excuse to drink mojitos with fresh mint from the garden oh yeah and my Birthday!

My favourite thing about summer is the smell of newly cut grass, the smell of the sea; feeling the hot sun warm my bare skin,and walking barefoot through flower meadows after summer rain.

My favorite part of summer is the time I get to be with my friends and family and not be tied down to school work. I also love the heat!

My favorite thing about summer is that is stays light later. I just feel so much more energized and reday for anything when daylight lingers.

What I LOVE about summer is nature's beauty in bloom and taking a walk through a beautiful floral garden on a gorgeous summer's day! I LOVE the warmth of the sun, the blue sky with puffy cotton candy clouds, radiant sunsets, early morning sunrises, the sound of waves making their way to shore on the beach, summer festivals and ethnic foods and fresh summer fruits & vegtables to eat! I LOVE showing off all of summer's new fashion trends! I LOVE the sounds of children playing outdoors! But, most of all, I LOVE spending time with my family & friends which is always a treasure to me!

Ummm my favorite reason to like summer… In the evening relaxing in a chair on the screen porch I wait for the moon glow, the fireflies in the distance and the chirp of crickets. Then into the air comes the sweet fragrance of honeysuckle and delicious lemony sweet magnolia. Ahhh this is summer and I am drawn into its magnificance.
