In the Nude
By this point it seems everyone is well aware of the montage of colors that are in Spring's fashion portfolio. To say we're going to see every color of the rainbow seems like a bit of an understatement as even vivid neon shades reminiscent of the 80's are back with a vengeance. Whether you subscribe to the season's ‘brighter is better' mantra or not is up to you, but it will be hard to resist replacing the darker, wintry colors in your wardrobe with some mood-lifting, brighter options.
Of course the next question is, if you haven't asked it already, 'But what shoes would I
wear with all of these fun new colors?" Because you're a sensible girl, and any sensible girl knows she needs some core, versatile footwear for the new season but black pumps just seem too dark and dull and dammit you just want something NEW. Relax! There's actually a pretty simple solution: Go nude!
By nude I mean the color of your shoes of course… Not as harsh as black or white, shoes in shades of taupe as well as warmer, peachy colors are both popular and practical for Spring. Often flattering on any skin tone, they balance vibrant patterns from geometric to floral and look great with solid colors from white to yellow, red to rose pink, and even navy and black. Of course we've been seeing some very eye-catching shoes make their debut in some rockin' colors that really shouldn't be passed up, but a girl can only wear orange patent leather shoes with so many outfits. This is where going 'au natural' comes in so handy.
Check out our favorites below (p.s., the more expensive ones are on the left, but you can get a similar look for less with the ones on the right-hand side):

Love the nude! It looks great, not to mention it elongates the leg. My fave would be the "Unadme' pumps and the 'Penelope' boot.

Is anyone selling those crazy new Marc Jacobs shoes that Victora Bekham is wearing in his ads?
